Contrary to what I have written elsewhere, I am going to do more than one habit a month. I was given this book for Xmas and I am going to take at least 3 of the habits per month.
I am also going to take some other habits too and put them here. To suggest you can only do ONE habit per month depends a lot on how detailed, how much of a change, that particular habit is.
So here are the habits:
Kindness
Quiet time
Exercise more
Better quality sleep
Read more
Walk more
Learn a new skill
Liquids: drink a lot of water and/or Tulsi Green tea
The individual posts go into much greater detail.
I have also scheduled a whole load of other posts that can be looked at on a daily basis and if there is time, incorporated into activity.
Oh yes, like everyone else, lose weight....
